We’ll spend the day getting back to basics. We’ll make sure you have a firm understanding of the basic handling drills. You’ll learn or be reminded about how the perfect shot is supposed to feel and have the opportunity to fire many of them. We’ll be teaching towards the “50 Club” and depending on who joins us we are planning to break into 2 relays – those who need to work on basic marksmanship and those who are ready to advance.\nAmmunition must be proven safe in your pistol; you’ll need about 300-400 rounds. Working electronic ear defenders and safety glasses are mandatory. Bring your belt and holster.\nAlso\, make sure you bring adequate food and fluid for the day\, as well as insect repellent and sunscreen. You’ll need a long-sleeved shirt\, slacks\, closed-toe shoes\, and a ballcap or brimmed hat.\nWe’ll start the day with lectures on marksmanship\, handling\, and range commands. Only two piece benchrests are approved for Factory class but Unlimited class can use one-piece.\nSign-in begins at 7am followed by a safety briefing at 745am. First shots down range by 8am.\n$15 for members\, $20 for non-members. JUNIORS (17yrs old and under) shoot for free.\nCome out and shoot or watch. Everyone is welcome.
