DESCRIPTION:DOPE Precision is the proud host of this SOUTHEAST REGIONAL (PRS) Rimfire match. These one-day matches will be designed for both veteran and novice shooters. DESCRIPTION:Engaging steel and paper targets at distances of 3-100 yards with rifle and handgun. Shooting static\, on the move and from covered positions. All rifles will be AR or bullpup style platforms. AK platforms will be cleared by the match director. (See email link below) No 5.45 Russian ammunition! Nearly all of it is steel core – 5.56\, 300 blackout\, 7.62×39 or PCC calibers only.  Again\, NO STEEL CORE AMMUNITION!!!  All SBRs\, suppressors and muzzle devices are allowed.  All rifles with “pistol braces” will be fired from the shoulder!  Pistols will be concealed somewhere on the waist\, no ankle holsters. Holsters will have some type or retention\, no slick holsters allowed. Iron sights/red dots for pistols are both approved.  Barrel lengths of sidearms will not exceed 4.25″ in length. You can have up to a 5” barrel if shooting a revolver. A duty belt and holster may be worn if uniformed officers are competing.  No “race guns” allowed!  This is a PRACTICAL shooting course\, not a “John Wick” course.  All pistol calibers will be 9mm\, .40 or .45 caliber.  All rifles WILL have a sling (dual/single point) and THE RIFLE WILL REMAIN SLUNG ON YOUR PERSON THE ENTIRE MATCH!  Red dots\, iron sights and LPVOs are all acceptable for rifles. Bring at least 150 rifle/100 pistol rounds.  Unless you’re missing a lot\, you shouldn’t come close to running out.   Please bring\, at a minimum\, 2 rifle mags and 2 pistol mags (pistol mags should hold a minimum of 10 rounds\, rifle mags should hold a minimum of 20 rounds/bring 3 speed reloaders if shooting a revolver). Come on out\, have fun and share a Saturday morning with a great group of like-minded people!\nPlease be there at 0730 to register. We start shooting at 0800. Safety/shooter brief\, 0750. DESCRIPTION:8 Stage USPSA sanctioned Steel Challenge Match at the LRSA Action Pistol Range\nFees: \nFees are $20 for the first gun\, $5 for the 2nd gun\, $5 for the 3rd gun.  Max 3 guns. SUMMARY:East Coast Gas Gun Challenge 2026 - MATCH 2
DESCRIPTION:Welcome and thank you for joining us for another great season of the East Coast Gas Gun Challenge.\nWhat can you expect to see? Course of fire (COF) will consist of 7-8 stages designed to test your shooting abilities in a practical application manner. Targets will range from 5 – 700 yards utilizing both pistol and rifle. Any Withdraws inside of 5 days of the match will not receive refund or credit.\n1.	This is mostly a positional based match with some prone and offhand shooting.\n2.	Round count per stage is typically 20 or less for rifle and pistol.\n3.	Please stay hydrated.\n4.	Recommended Gear:\n     •	At least 150 rounds for your gas gun.\n     •	At least 50 rounds for your pistol.\n     •	Rifle sling.\n     •	Holster for pistol. Slings and holsters must be secure.\n     •	Magazine pouches for both rifle and pistol.\n     •	Extra magazines for rifle and pistol.\n     •	Eye and ear protection.\n     •	Chamber flag for your rifle.\n5.	Divisions:\n     •	DMR:\n     i.	Any semi-automatic rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO / 223 Remington or 7.62×51 NATO / 308 Winchester.\n     ii.	Max muzzle velocity of 3100FPS and a max projectile grain weight of 178gr.\n     iii.	No restrictions on supporting gear or optics.\n     iv.	No restrictions on pistol.\n     •	RECCE:\n     i.	Any semi-automatic rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO / 223 Remington or 7.62×51 NATO / 308 Winchester.\n     ii.	Max barrel length of 18”\n     iii.	Max 10x on your scope.\n     iv.	A single (1) supporting shooting item not attached to the rifle. This item cannot be a Bipod or Tripod.\n     v.	Max muzzle velocity of 3100FPS and a Max projectile grain weight of 178gr.\n     vi.	No restrictions on pistol.\n     •	Sniper:\n     i.		Any semi-automatic rifle EXCEPT 5.56 NATO / 223 Remington or 7.62×51 NATO / 308 Winchester.\n     ii.	Any bolt action rifle regardless of caliber.\n     iii.	No restrictions on supporting gear.\n     iv.	Max muzzle velocity of 3100FPS and a Max projectile grain weight of 178gr.\n     v.	No restriction on pistol.\n6.	Prize Table:\n     •	At the conclusion of each monthly match\, we will have a small prize table. This will be random draw.\n     •	The end of the season prize table will be 1st in each division then based off series match points.\n7.	Series:\n     •	There are a total of 8 matches\, starting in March.\n     •	To qualify for end of the year prize table:\n     i.     We take the highest 3 match scores in the same division for a total match point.\n     ii.     RO a single match.\n1.     Giving back to community is key to the growth of the community.
