Bring extra ammo\, as it there is none available for purchase at the facility.\nShooters are limited to 2 guns.\nRULES:\nThis is a Tier 1 local Steel Challenge match and we will abide by the rules of Steel Challenge Shooting Association. The 2 Gun match focuses on rifle with a sling\, but uses pistol with good retention for running. You will typically need up to 200 rounds of rifle and 75 rounds of pistol.  It may be more or less. Be prepared to shoot at targets anywhere from arms reach to 200 yards\, but most targets will be in close. Bi-Metal\, steel core and Armor Piercing Ammunition are PROHIBITED. If the projectile sticks to the magnet\, please do not shoot this ammo. You will be Disqualified and required to pay any replacement costs for damage caused. Any CENTER FIRE rifle or carbine and pistol is permitted. We will occasionally allow children or other very\, very new shooters to shoot rim fire. We’re currently holding these matches at the Saltwater Shooting Club.

DESCRIPTION:The following are basic rules for match. They can/will be modified to suit needs of event and range. Range owner/director has final say on all rules and event status. Individual waivers will be completed prior to event and will be needed to participate in event.\nAll Shooters to be briefed at beginning of event of safety rules. Course of fire to be explained at each stage.\nAll stages will begin at the shooting position with a magazine in and action open. Bolt action to the rear\, semi auto locked in open position.\nCourse of fire will be explained prior to shooter approaching line\, basic commands to be given.\nEach stage will be 12 rounds\, magazine capacity is option of shooter. Only 12 rounds to be shot. Exception will be KYL racks for accuracy\, 12 rounds available for an eight round target set.\nSpotters will have binos and a tripod to observe hits on steel. Shooter will have option for a “HIT” call on target. Missed targets will not be called\, nor areas of misses.\nTime for each stage to be determined. Scoring will be stating with 12 for each stage with misses and non-engagements to have 1 point removed\, procedurals to have 1 point removed.\nSafety violations will be dealt with on case by case situation. All shooters will assist in RSO duties to keep range safe. New shooters to be briefed prior to event start and paired with experienced groups.\nWeapon staging areas will be provided at each stage. No weapon to be handled until shooter is called to line. Magazines may be loaded in rear area and kept on person until called to line\n12 rounds per stage. 5 stages total. 22 rimfire only.
