Any supporting device used on any stage must be carried on the shooter during every stage. Skateboard helmets that are compliant with the ASTM F1492 are acceptable.\nOTHER REQUIREMENTS\nThe competitor must start each stage with the following MINIMUM load out within arms’ reach on belt\, vest\, chest rig\, thigh rig\, or cargo/pants pockets\, or attached to firearms.\n4-Loaded Rifle Magazines and 2-loaded Pistol Magazines.  A rifle sling is not mandatory\, but it behooves the shooter to have one on the rifle or a single point on the body.\nSCORING:\nFTE=15 second penalty. Failure to engage applies to any steel target not specifically shot at or knocked down on a stage. Falling steel must fall or it is an FTE penalty per instance.\nFTN=10 second penalty. Failure to neutralize is for paper targets only. Any paper target that has less than 2 hits or less than required hits per stage brief.\nNO SHOOT=30 second penalty.  No shoot penalty is per hit on a no shoot target and is cumulative.  10 hits on a no shoot is scored as 10 penalties.\nCOGS=60 second penalty.  This is for any infraction or failure to follow stage procedure as outlined in stage brief.  For any instance a shooter cannot perform a physical item on the stage brief (example tire flip\, kbell throw or carry\, etc) the shooter will be given a COGS penalty per instance.\nStage briefs may stipulate scoring other than listed here.

DESCRIPTION:Colfax Sportsmen's Club is hosting a Duck Flurry match September 26th starting at 12PM.\nDuck Flurry is a 2 person competition consisting of 50 clay targets thrown one after another at various angles.  The teams of 2 compete together and are scored based on the number of clays broken.  Each competitor starts with two  shells in their gun and then can load as many as they can while their partner shoots.  This is a strategic competition as you don't want to shoot at the same clay as your partner and you don't want to be loading at the same time either.  The team with the highest score at the end of the match wins.\nPrice is $12 per team per entry.  No limit on how many entries you pay to enter.\nThere is no registration page as it is not required. DESCRIPTION:Tuesday Night Steel is held every Tuesday of each month.\nStages: 4\nPrice: $20 for Rio members; $25 for non-members\nPayment: All payments must be completed on Practiscore as part of the registration process. Once you register and pay\, you'll be able to squad. Please make sure you select the correct payment option (Member\, Junior). We will NOT be doing refunds for shooters who select the wrong amount. Slots are non-transferrable.\nSquad Times:\nSquads 17-20: 11-1245pm\nSquads 1-4: 1-245pm\nSquads 5-8: 3-445pm\nSquads 9-12: 5-645pm\nSquads 13-16: 7-845pm\nSquad Size: 10-12 shooters/squad\nSafety Class: If you already hold a current classification (other than Novice or Unclassified) via USPSA\, IPSC\, IDPA\, or ICORE\, you are NOT required to take our PSSC (Practical Shooting Starter Course). If you have not shot TNS before but are classified\, please send a copy of your classification(s) to Steph at tns@riotns.com. All other shooters that are interested in shooting Tuesday Night Steel or any other Practical Pistol events at Rio Salado\, you must attend one of the PSSC classes. Please make sure you read the requirements and additional information regarding the safety course at https://www.rsscaz.com/divisions/practical-pistol/pssc\nWe follow USPSA rules for all safety\, range commands\, divisions\, and categories. If you are new to shooting\, please familiarize yourself with these rules prior to shooting with us.\nWAITLIST: If you are approved off of the waitlist\, you will have 1 hour to pay your match fee before being withdrawn from the match and your slot is given to the next shooter on the list.\nMatch Credits will only be given to those shooters who withdraw on Practiscore by Monday at 6pm prior to the match. If you don't show and don't withdraw by 6pm on Monday\, you will NOT be given a match credit. There are NO refunds. If you have a match credit\, you'll have 6 months to use it before it is forfeited.\nIf you register and don't show up 3 times in a row\, you will no longer be given the opportunity to pre-register and you will be skipped over in the registration for a shooter who does show up.\n***NOTE***If you register and then later initiate a credit card dispute before speaking to the match/division director\, you will not be allowed to preregister for our matches going forward.
