It will be epic!\nLocation:\n20500 Forest Woods Lane\nMontgomery\, TX 77356\nThe schedule is as follows.\n0900 22 and 9mm show up\n1100 shotgun show up\nOr show up when your free.\nEnd time is 1200.\n$15 per division or team run. Sign up in multiple divisions!\nHad to increase the cost a little for the amount of paint this is taking;)\nOne giant red\, white and blue stage. 115 plus targets with all my Texas Stars. All steel must be shot from appropriate color box to score. Shotgun and Shotgun teams will shoot last and color does not apply. Bring a few Slugs for shotgun.\nRESETTING IS REQUIRED  \nNOT PLANNING ON LOANER GUNS.\nThree colored shooting boxes. Must shoot targets from appropriate  color box. All shooting boxes will be behind a 6 foot table. You may stage guns and mags on the table. There will be dump buckets for pistols and rifles. Bring however many guns and mags you will need for 115+ targets. After we finish building the stage the target number may increase. All pistol calibers 22LR and shotgun are welcome. If you do not have enough mags and guns\, bring a friend! We will have a team division. Shotgun and Shotgun team will shoot after all other division as they will clear the paint off the steel and will not be held to color as targets will overlap. DESCRIPTION:This match is a Practical Shooting League evening at CDTSA Milo Range in Bay 12.  PSL happens on the 2nd Tuesday evening of the month during the spring and summer.\nThe start time is at 5:30pm.  This is when the Safety Briefing and the stage walk-through happens and we start shooting soon after.  If you can't make it by then\, get there when you can.  We will start setup about an hour or so before start time (4:30pm).  If you can come to help it would be appreciated.  If you can't make setup\, get here when you can.  If you are later than the start time we will fill you in.  If you shoot\, the cleanup at the end is mandatory.\nThe gates open for non-members at 4:00pm.\nDepending on how many shooters register\, we will have one or two stages set up.  If we set up one stage\, we will shoot it twice with different starting positions\, then change the targets around and shoot it 2 more times per shooter.  If we have two stages set up then we will shoot one stage twice with different start positions then switch with the other squad and shoot the other stage the same way.\nRound count is about 100.  This means you need 100 rounds of ammunition if you don't take any extra shots but more if you do.\n**A Black Badge is NOT required to shoot.  All we ask is that you come with a safety conscious attitude.\nThe cost is $10 for non-members\, and FREE for members. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Thurmont Wednesday Steel Challenge Match.\nMATCH DESCRIPTION:\nThis match will consist of 8 Official Steel Challenge stages.\nRound count will be approximately 195+. Bring extra ammo\, as it there is none available for purchase at the facility.\nRULES:\nThis is a Tier 1 local Steel Challenge match and we will abide by the rules of Steel Challenge Shooting Association.\nAll SCSA divisions as well as LO\, RRI\, and RRO are included.  So let's see those Wheel Guns.\nThough you may register in multiple divisions\, you may only register once in any individual division.\nSCORING:\nWe will use the normal Steel Challenge Scoring.\nSAFETY AREAS:\nThurmont is a COLD range. Firearms must be unloaded at all times except during the match under the direct supervision of a Range Safety Officer (RO). HANDLING OF FIREARMS AT VEHICLES IS PROHIBITED. Long guns must have an EMPTY CHAMBER INDICATOR (Chamber Flag) IN PLACE at all times starting from the moment the rifle is uncased for placement in a gun cart or brought to the shooting position. Pistols may be unbagged and holstered ONLY at designated Safety Areas or unbagged under the direction of a RO/SO at the shooting position.\nSafety Areas are clearly marked with signs.  If the table doesn't have a sign marked "Safety Area" then it isn't one and Gun Handling is not allowed there but ammunition handling is.\nNO AMMUNITION HANDLING in safety areas. Note that cinder block and plywood walls ARE NOT safety areas. Use of suppressors is not prohibited but the match director can not assure accurate times.\nAll pistol calibers permitted. I.e.\, 9mm\, 38super\, .40S&W\, 45ACP\, .38 Special\, 44 Special\, 45LC\, .and 22lr rimfire. As per SCSA rules the maximum velocity for any Handgun or Pistol Caliber Carbine shooting steel is 1600fps. The use of ANY Steel core\, or steel (bimetal) jacketed ammunition (even with permitted calibers) is PROHIBITED on our steel will be an immediate disqualification and the shooter will be financially responsible for damage to the steel plates.\nMatch fees:\nNon-TCSC members:\n$20 for Adult 1st gun\n$15 for Junior (13 through 17) 1st gun\n$10 for Preteen (12 and under) 1st gun\n$10 for 2nd gun.\nTCSC members:\n$5 Club Member discount on above fees for 1st gun\n$10 for 2nd gun.\nOnline via Credit Card\nIf you can not pay via Credit Card online and need to pay Cash on the day of the match\, contact us at tcsc.steel@gmail.com and\, on rare exception we will send you a link.  However\, we prefer Credit Card online.\nFull refunds will be given for withdraws before 11PM of the Monday before the match.  After that time no refunds.\nSetup at 7:30am\nRegistration begins at 8:00am.\nSafety Brief at 8:30am.\nHammer down at 9:00am.

DESCRIPTION:Monthly event for pre-1960 surplus military rifles\, issued from any nation. The match is a very light competition with the emphasis being marksmanship\, fun and few firearm regulations (other than safety). All shooting will be done from the bench from a front rest. No rear bags allowed. No prone\, or seated on the ground. This is designed for the average shooter\, not the high power match competitor. If you're looking for serious competition this will not be a good match for you.\n* Only one gun per shooter.\n* Military issued rifles (any country) up to and including 1960\n* Smokeless powder cartridge only\n* No sporterized stocks or barrels and must be in the original issued caliber\n* In order to help equalize the sighting improvements over the 100+ year time period this match covers and to help people with poor vision:\n1. Rear peep sights are allowed even if they were not an issued item.\n2. Aftermarket scopes ARE also allowed even if scopes were not an issue item.\n* There will be two simple classes:\n1. Optics: Anything using glass.\n2. Irons: Iron sights (including rear peeps).\nRound count: 33
