The shoots are on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each of those months with events for rifle and pistol. \nAll shooting is done offhand (standing) at paper targets. The format is “shoulder to shoulder”\, without point dividers\, so some shooting experience is required. There is no coaching or spotting (by another person for the shooter) permitted during the “record” firing periods. \n\nAll shoots are held in the clubhouse and there are club guns available for those of you who don’t have their own.\nJuniors (ages 8 to 18) shoot free\, but those over 16 shoot in the adult classifications.\nCompetition is by classification (shooting against other shooters in your class) except for the high overall scores. A total of twenty (20) shots are fired for record over the course of two ten-minute record firing periods.
